I think it depends on the situation. If someone is on a phone call in a cafe or bookstore, it's best to speak quietly and politely to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. However, some people talk loudly, which can disrupt others' work. This can make it difficult for them to focus and is very annoying.

I think it depends on, um, the situation. If a person hear a phone call in a cafe shop or a bookshop, he or she has better to speak in a small volume and a polite toneue so that the places can have a quiet atmosphere. However, in some cases, people speak loudly and it interrupts other people’s works. Therefore, they will. Will not focus, and it’s very annoying.
