Absolutely, I’m a big fan of this notion because I don’t like to just compete with other people, it’s like a hesitation for me. I mean the process is more essential you know because in that way you can enjoy sport and activity and chill out wind down and stay healthy and it would be really beneficial for you. But if you consider it as a competitive team or match in that way you would feel some kind of pressure and stress or noxious which are not really beneficial for your health and maybe this kind of feeling can hinder you from achieving a satisfying result. I mean not just winning but the kind of sport that can benefit you.
