It’s a hard question to say, but I would think that to be something that has part of it, not only academic, but also about credits or work related. For instance, people who are solely based in academic marriage do get a higher education. They are good people who are prepared and they are having enough experience to provide that they are gonna be finishing a higher education, for example like a master or a doctor, like a B8, but in other ways there’s also people who are struggling with study, not only because they don’t have access to it, but also they are struggling with money, so if education is not free 100%, it will be a higher chance for people to finish just an addict and make marriage, especially those who are struggling with family situation or simply they are dealing with their own self-study. It will be a hard situation to just consider academic marriage and not only other aspects like projects and economical situation they are into. But yeah, I personally agree that should be based on academic merits.
