Oh, that's a hard question. I've never thought about it before. It could be a good idea for the government to encourage artists to create and to invest money in new art galleries and museums that preserve the history and culture of each country. In that way, the country can maintain its cultural value and also teach the new generation how everything used to be and how art is made or was made.
