The kind of exercises and sports I love doing are hiking and running. I love this because running gives me that physical exertion and it has many health benefits such as improving heart health, increasing muscle stability and helping the bones to be more stronger. doing these exercises regularly makes me gain stamina in not just my body but across my health generally. Overall I love these exercises because I get to feel myself while doing them. I do not get to be judged. I am always in the moment of this exercise.
