Literally, on the fence between the perfect answer at this question, because technology has made a great change in our industrial major, we can note that in many fields around factories, companies, or either a competitive major. So technology makes us more productive, and on the other hand, makes us most likely, maybe.

Well, I think it is a medium-sized metropolis is not too small but not too big neither. But because Hanoi is the capital of Vietnam, about 9 million people live and work here. So I surely perceive it as a small town.
