Well, as a human being, I believe that all of us at least have a period in our lives when we get bored with something. Maybe our jobs, our careers, we have a lot of work. But when I'm in Japan, my advice is to find something interesting to do. Like swimming, fishing, or doing some sport. If you get bored, you should avoid using too much social media.
