Yes, I love walking. From a personal perspective, when walking, we can refresh our minds. But at this time, I don't get enough time for walking. When I have free time, I love to go outside, and it's close to my house for work. In the area where I live, there is a park with a beautiful garden. Most of the time, I like to go there for a walk. I think by walking, I can clear my mind and refresh my thoughts. I really enjoy walking because it helps me relax and clear my mind. It is also a simple way to stay in touch with my overall well-being if I love walking.
