Band 7+: do you often use a computer

Your pronunciation is above average. However, you may find complexity in certain words challenging. Regular practice should aid in improvement.

The response directly addresses the question and provides clear reasons for frequent computer use, such as studying, checking online materials, and practicing English. It is natural and relevant. To achieve a higher score, consider adding more specific details or examples to further elaborate on how the computer is used in these activities.

The answer is coherent and directly addresses the question with a clear reason. However, the opening 'Definitely question' is an awkward false start that disrupts fluency. To improve, avoid such hesitations and aim for a smoother start, e.g., 'Definitely, I use a computer quite often...'.

Vocabulary is appropriate and precise for the context (e.g., 'rely on', 'online materials', 'practicing English'). To reach a higher band, incorporate more varied and idiomatic expressions, such as 'heavily depend on' or 'for academic purposes'.

The sentence structure is generally accurate with a clear cause-effect relationship. However, the missing article before 'computer' ('use computer') is a minor error. Also, the list could be better punctuated. Using a wider range of structures, such as a conditional or relative clause, would enhance the grammatical range.
