Frankly speaking, I'm not partial to exercising a lot due to my jam-packed schedule. However, while exercising, I prefer to exercise alone because I'm a little bit introverted and I feel pretty shy around others. Of course, it depends on the personalities of the people; for example, if they are my friends, I will definitely exercise with them and enjoy my time to the fullest.
