No, I don’t usually prefer to go to bed on time. It depends on my work schedule. If I have my work till 9 o’clock, I finish my work out for 2 hours and I reach home by 12.30. And then I have to cook for some time and then it takes time to sleep. I sleep at 1 or 2 o’clock in the midnight. So if I don’t have anything in the morning to do, like if I’m off for the whole day, I go to bed early like at 9 or 10 o’clock so that I can wake up early in the morning and do my daily routine. So it depends on day-to-day work schedule, whatever I have. If I have night shifts, I do sleep late. If I have morning shifts, I do sleep early in the morning, early in the night and then wake up early.
