Nowadays children have a lot of homework and tasks, which makes them feel overwhelmed. Also social media have a big effect on them. They try to keep up with that they see online and they can create many pressure. In past children spend more time playing outside and have fun, but now they always busy with schoolwork and online activities. I think this is make them feel more stressed. They don’t have much time to relax.
