Unfortunately, no. Since I'm a medical student studying medicine, I did research about dreams and their meanings. Basically, people dream about something they've been overthinking that day, the previous day, or maybe a week before. It depends on what they are thinking, especially when they are worried about something, as they will probably see it. Dreams are also controlled by our hormones, and seeing bad or good dreams depends on them.
