In my opinion, yes, this is really essential as academic intelligence because you know you can be a really academic intelligent person, but you can’t be an emotional intelligent person at all. I think all the human beings should be measured not only for their academic intelligence but also their emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence means that you have to cope with your feelings and you have to change and direct your behavior to other human beings. And I think without emotional intelligence, if you even have really amazing academic intelligence, you can be put away from the society and you cannot find your own path throughout the society. So I guess that if you want to get along with the people, you have to be quite emotional intelligent just to cope with all of the humans and your feelings and your behavior towards the society.
