Apparently, it is. I am self-indulgent between children and adults. Kids learn new information much more easily than older people. There are a huge number of reasons that may influence this. I believe that children are not afraid of being ashamed or anything like that. That is why they usually learn new languages much more easily and faster than adults. They often make attempts to speak new languages and don't mind what other people think about their pronunciation, the context, or anything like that.
