I’d say renting is generally a better option, especially for young people who are just starting out. It gives them greater flexibility because they can move to another city or change their accommodation without being tied to a long term financial commitment. However, buying a property can be more beneficial in their own run as it provides greater stability and can be worthwhile investment. So I think renting is more practical in the short term while buying makes more sense once someone has a stable income and It’s financially secure
