Yes, I think it’s really important to teach children about regulations. In order in future they would adapt to these rules more efficiently. But due to their age I think they should only learn about some basic rules like respecting others’ rights or traffic lights. By aging their levels of understanding will improve so they can understand more complicated and improved rules.
