To be honest, I think job satisfaction is much more important because if you hate your job, you will still feel stressed every day, even if you make a lot of money. For example, my friend has a high salary, but he works 20 hours a day and is always tired. He is not happy. So, I believe enjoying your work is better than just having a big salary.
