I think children really can't share their toys with each other for various reasons, not for single cultures. The main reason is that their things might be fascinating for them, and many children really don't want to share with each other. The second reason is that many children are jealous of each other's possessions. Thus, many children are not deeply passionate about sharing things with each other. But many children are so comfortable keeping their things to themselves. But a lot of children really don't want to and really don't like to share their things with each other.
