I think nowadays people struggle to achieve a good work-life balance. Many people work long hours, often from 8 am to 8 or 9 pm. After that, there's very little time for relaxation, let alone spending quality time with family, friends, or even just for yourself. It's simply not enough. People find it difficult to balance their lives because they often only have time to relax or unwind on weekends, maybe a Saturday and Sunday. I think people have less leisure time now than in the past. In the past, people didn't have the same level of work engagement, and they had more time for leisure activities.

I think nowadays people do not have, uh, balance in their life in terms of the work life. Most of people work in their between 8:8:9 PM. And after that, you don’t have any time to relaxing Oh, you actually, you actually have a time to. But in terms of that, spending your time with your family, friends, just spending your time for yourself, It’s not enough. It’s not enough. And the people, uh, I think, uh, can’t balance their life at the world. Because most of the people just are relaxing or just balancing their life as if when the when they got to something Wednesday, uh, when they just got off got a day in the on the Saturday and Sunday, Uh, and I think that right now, people do not have a leisure time than in the past. Because in the past, people I see not, uh, do not engage in, uh, not engage in the all the work.
