It's difficult to say whether people have a better work-life balance now compared to the past. In Bangladesh, for example, many company owners expect employees to work long hours, often 10 to 15 hours a day. This makes it challenging for people to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Additionally, many young people are driven to provide their families with a comfortable life, leading them to work long hours and neglecting their personal lives. This suggests that in countries like Bangladesh, achieving a good work-life balance can be a significant challenge.

Well, to be perfectly honest, in Bangladesh, most of the company owner expect from employee to do ten to 15 hours work. For this reason, most of the people in Bangladesh, uh, fail, uh, to, uh, work balance. Beside that, um, we notice that nowadays a significant number of young people want to give their family alxam life and a comfortable life. So for this reason, they worked, ah, really hard, ah, approximately ten to 15 hours, and ignore their, uh, family. So for this reason, I think, um, country like Bangladesh, uh, people often fail to, uh, keep their work and life balance.
