In my opinion, people nowadays don't seem to have a good balance between work and leisure time due to the high expenses of food and clothing, which are essential for daily life. People are working more than two jobs and 13 hours a day. This leaves little time for people to spend quality time with their families or have fun on weekends. Compared to the past, it's quite difficult to find a balance between work and life because work engagement levels are much higher today. In the past, people had more leisure time and a less demanding work environment.

In my opinion, uh, people nowadays, uh, doesn’t seem to have a good balance between work and laser time due to the high expenses in food and cloth which is needed to run our daily life. Uh, people, um, people are working, uh, more than two way and 13 hours a day. And uh, it let later people, uh, it doesn’t let people to have a quality time with their family later having fun in weekends or like this. Uh, so as compared to past, it is quite difficult to have a laser time and balance between work and life, uh, in people because in the past the work engagement level is quite low then today.
