Well, I believe that people are wasting too much time on short videos on social media channels such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. The reason people watch these short videos is that they are seeking contemporary literary doubling, which is usually generated by funny and engaging content such as dancing, moving, revealing, and comedy. Consequently, people may end up in endless scrolling with no meaning. This leads to task delays and exhaustion in their mental health, which can impact their productivity the next day.
