In my opinion, the ability to multitask is really valuable. However, it affects the deep concentration of employees. An explanation for this is that some people have to multitask in their company, such as checking emails and replying to customers, and sometimes they lack the ability to divide the tasks into smaller parts. This makes it hard for them to concentrate on their work because they think of many things at the same time. For me, it's really hard to concentrate if I have to deal with over 10 tasks a day, like checking my emails or preparing for the next lesson. Nowadays, people need more skills to focus deeply on one task instead of doing all the tasks together.
