In my opinion, sports that demand a lot of courage include extreme sports like skydiving, rock climbing, and motocross, which are high risk and require overcoming fear. Contact sports like rugby and boxing also show bravery through physical intensity. Even solo sports like gymnastics and figure skating require mental toughness to perform under pressure.
