I don't think they should have smartphones. As we know, smartphones are not good for our physical and mental health. For example, they might become lazy and not concentrate on studying. Therefore, children who lack a broad understanding of the world may become addicted. In addition, there is much unsuitable content for children, like toxic commands or misinformation that parents cannot control.
