I believe that young people do not show commitment toward work that is not paid well. There are several reasons. First of all, a young person begins to work with the idea of being paid well. But in reality, there are fewer and fewer jobs that are paid well. In fact, some well-known paid roles are CEOs and CTOs. You can reach these roles only if you have about 20 years of experience. So it is unlikely that younger people will reach a very well-paid job in no time.
