Actually it depends on the type of job which you are talking. If it is a technical job related to some medical or engineering stuffs then education is the key for getting that job. But if you are talking about some jobs related to computer field or anything like that then education is not a mandatory subject because anyone can get the knowledge of these subjects by just simply copying actions from YouTube or any other social media or online platforms. But the medical, the engineering and other scientific jobs are very sensitive and require a deep knowledge of everything which is important to guarantee our job.
