Dear listeners, I have learned many lessons, but I would like to mention one that has actually helped me in my life. Let's discuss. When I was in college, I went to Nilkhet for a book. I saw an English book, but unfortunately, I now forget the writer and the book's name. So I bought the book and went back home. After that, when I started reading it, I found a line that said, 'Keep your mind calm in any situation. Learn to keep your mind calm in any situation.' When I read this line, it made a strong impression on my mind. I took it as a life lesson. We humans are often so overwhelmed and disappointed. When something happens in our lives, we lose our calm. In those moments, if we lose our calm, we often make the wrong decisions. But we need to stay calm, and our minds need to be calm as well. With a calm mind, if we think about the problem, we will definitely find a way. So this was my life lesson that has helped me, and I hope it will help me in the future as well. Thank you.
