Silence is very important in our lives. When the world is full of noise and distraction, silence helps us feel calm and peaceful. In good moments, we can breathe deeply and understand ourselves better. This helps us feel closer to God. Silence is not only the absence of sound. It is a special state when our heart and mind become clear. When we stop talking and roaring, we can listen to our own voice. Many people believe that silence speaks to us in quite profound ways.
