Today I'd like to talk about whether famous sports people have a responsibility to be good role models or not. First of all, the reason behind why young people imitate athletes and behave like them in every single way and every single aspect of their life, starting from the types of sports they practice to their most recent prominent hairstyles, is that in teenagers' perception, it's considered cool or something good in terms of their mindset. Another relevant point I'd like to discuss is the difficulties of being a famous sportsperson. Unlike most people's expectations, it's really hard to be a famous sportsperson. For example, it's hard to maintain a lot of healthy habits for long periods of time without breaking them. For instance, eating healthy, practicing regularly, trying to be fit, and always thinking positively. This might seem easy, but actually, it's not. I've been trying to develop a healthy habit for more than a week, but it didn't work. The last point I'd like to discuss is whether famous people should do whatever they want in their private lives. Actually, I'm against that opinion because by engaging in bad habits, they instill adversities in teenagers who tend to imitate them, like doing drugs, smoking, and other harmful habits that would never benefit teenagers. So, having referred to all the previous points, I believe that sportspeople have the potential to be good role models for teenagers when they carefully consider their actions.
