Oh wow, when it comes to small businesses, I'm currently working in a local center, so I suppose it is a small business. I think I gained a lot of invaluable experience here and there. This is one of the most academic and professional experiences I've had, even though it is supposed to be small. I feel I'm not just a cog in the machine when I work in this environment.
