People are much more carefree. I think the youthful spirit that does not really feel the fear of failure would be motivated to try and explore new things as much as they can while they're still young. You know the saying that you're still young, so you can learn and try new things before you dedicate yourself to one thing when you're older. I guess young people tend to try out new things before actually heading in one direction with their lives. When you're young, you still have lots of time, so they take their time to decide what they want to do before committing to one path. Young people can also be really motivated because they feel like they still have so much to learn and so much space to grow. That's why they want to explore as much as they can before settling down.
