I think the societies have to change their mind thinking at first and they they like they are only able to in equality with income or like this thing someone has good like ability to working or good knowledge but they’re not able to income just more salaryers like or some different companies person so in societies like they address this like income equality like this type of thing I think they have to just they don’t have to like for example don’t just book by its cover so please don’t judge and I think yeah the first one they have to change their thinking
