Well, as I mentioned earlier, I've been taking swimming lessons for quite some time now. Initially, I was really doubtful about my ability to pick it up, but after numerous hours of practice, I soon became quite proficient. During training, I learned to hold my breath underwater for long periods and swim long distances in short periods. Actually, I am the best swimmer in our group, which is a real boost to my confidence.
