In my opinion, difficulties are obviously helpful in developing skills. As for my experience, as I am working as a software developer, which I already mentioned, when I face different issues regarding code, I have to think about what the error is regarding the topic. After that, I usually think and become creative to solve the problem. This means every software developer has skills in critical thinking and better decision-making. For this reason, their skills will grow more and more as they are interested in solving problems and thinking in different ways to address those issues. Therefore, by doing this type of work, they maintain their critical thinking skills and definitely develop their skills in different scenarios.
