Yeah, I think in increasingly modernized global society, we can see two types of groups. First is traditional, second is advanced countries. So in traditional countries like we have in the eastern world of Southeast Asia, for example, they perceive success as a more flexible term. In the rural area, success for young people is when they, for example, manage to harvest a paddy field according to the plan and season. for people in the modernized countries, for example, like in the UK or in the other European countries, success is perceived as a state or condition when individual is fulfilled by their professional or their career and also their well-being. So I think it is a matter of cultural differences of how success is perceived differently.
