To the best of my knowledge, there is a wide variety of sources that people can use to learn how to cook. For example, documentaries, cooking programs, podcasts, and books are all available in my country. However, in my opinion, the secret to becoming a chef or a good cook is to practice; as they say, perfection comes from repetition. If a person doesn't practice, they won't be a good chef.
