To the best of my knowledge, there is a wide variety of sources that people can use to learn how to cook. For example, documentaries, cooking programs, podcasts, books, they all are available in my country, but in my opinion the secret to becoming a chef or become a good cooker is to practice as they say perfection comes from repetition.
