When I was younger, I used to hate napping for two reasons. The main reason was that I just wanted to play with my friends during those times. The other reason was that after napping, I felt really nauseous and often wanted to vomit. So since then, I stayed away from napping after lunch for a decade. But last year, when I was at work, I spontaneously slept at my desk because of my hectic schedule. Then after I woke up, I felt really refreshed in my mind, which I found quite surprising. So that's how napping has become one of my favorite hobbies.
