Going out with my friends after they visit me at school is one of the most effective ways for me to let my hair down. I'm an extravagant person, so that is a reason why I have stopped sports for playing outdoor activities. I often invite my friends to play badminton with me. I think it not only boosts our energy but also becomes an occasion for us to spend more time together, strengthening our relationships, so I love it.
