Back in the day, people always considered that health problems only related to physical issues. However, day by day, people recognized that mental health is also an issue and should be considered for our overall health. Our system tends to be affected by our mental health. So one of the reasons our physical health may not be good is because of our mental health problems too. That's why I believe in that. In the upcoming decades, mental health will be more important in our lives, and doctors will also choose to specialize in that area. This will be helpful for our society because mental health can lead us to make wrong decisions.

Back in the days people always considered that health problems only related to physical things. However, day by day people recognized that mental health is also an issue and should be considered for our total health. Our system tends to be affected by our mental health. So one of the reasons our physical health is not good maybe is because of our mental health problems too. That’s why I believe in that. In upcoming decades, mental health will be more important in our life and doctors also pick that area to make specializing in that. And this will be helpful for our society because mental health makes us to make wrong decisions.
