Personally, I think some innovative approaches to urban planning that could greatly improve the life quality of a city residence should be putting more green spaces inside the city even though the city is a very crowded or infrastructure-based place, I think there should be an area where the government should dedicate to planting trees or just making use of the greenery around it. Another method I can think of is having a way to go against flood water because as we know flood has has been a very dangerous natural disaster these past few years judging by the amount of casualties it caused so the government should dedicate their funds to create something or design something to block floodwater or just stop floodwater as it is to make the residents living in the city more comfortable with their lifestyle. But I think, even though I only visited two, I think there are way more innovations that can be done.
