Well, I hold a strong belief that the concept of individualism or collectivism has affected personality development. Why? I think it can be debriefed from the parents on how the parents nurture their children to maybe to be more individual person or be collective or collective people. So, for the individual, for example, if the children who have individualism trait, they tend to tackle all of the problems appearing in their lives to be tackled by their self. And they tend to not to spread their problem or maybe look for some suggestion and relying on their self to tackle the problems. But different with the collectivism, they tend to tackle the problems or the difficulties together with their friends and it can increase or strengthen the relationship between others to be more to be more harmonious.
