Family roles have changed a lot over time. Back in the day, dads brought home the bacon while moms took care of the children and the house. But now both parents chip in financially and split household chores. The power dynamics have also shifted. Before, the male earner called the shots, but now couples share responsibility and make decisions together. This change reflects society's push for equality and independence.
