Back in those days, it was difficult to communicate with our family and friends. People sent letters to one another as a means of communication. The 21st century is different. There are various means of communication, like social media platforms such as Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp, and Facebook. There are also other means of communication, like email, which is mainly used in professional organizations. Additionally, platforms like Teams and Google Meet are used for online meetings. They are a disadvantage to 21st-century communication, as people don't value authentic relationships as much as they did in the past and rely more on technology.
