I usually eat fast food when I go out with my friends or family. Hamburgers are my favorite. The main reason is that I like beef as a meat option. It's mixed with tomato, cheese, onion, bacon, and condiments such as ketchup and mayonnaise. If I eat a hamburger, I feel better all day. On the other hand, fast foods can also contribute to higher blood pressure because they have higher calories, unhealthy fats, and sugar. Fast foods are unnecessary for our health.
