I have to say that I react to social platforms. So I'm often watching video clips, TikToks, or sometimes chatting with my friends by messengers. All the combinations really help me stay in contact with my friends and family. But I think that it's probably a double-edged sword because it's really harmful for my mental health and probably my eyes.
