If I catch a cold, sometimes I will take steps to help me feel better. First, I might just rest for the whole day, so I do not go out anywhere. Then, I will take a bag, and after that, I might take a multivitamin supplement, especially vitamin C. I will also drink mineral water as much as I can, maybe for example about two liters throughout the day.
