The majority of people in my hometown choose flats because they are more comfortable and easy to clean. Also, they cost less than other apartments. For example, a friend of mine lives near me; he's my neighbor. So when I entered his house, I felt like I was in my own home because they are the same kind of building and have the same decoration.
