In Korea, there are actually so many employees who cannot actually do the annual leave because of the people who are working with them. However, this is not really good because like even though they are sick, they just go to work. So I think So the business shouldn’t really allow to ask, like, why are you taking annual leave and let them just take an annual leave? Or also, like, when it comes to maternity leave, many people actually just resign rather than doing it in Korea because of the workers. So I think it should be just a secret and shouldn’t really let people know.
